IAEA Global Database

There is an increasing interest in global health across the institutions around the world. With a number of ongoing regional and global initiatives in Radiation Oncology, Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging, it is often challenging for organizations/individuals to know who else is engaged in their area or region of interest. There is currently no single database that collates all the initiatives around the around and provides up-to-date list of engagements in any particular region or institution around the world. This database through IAEA, will be the first such repository of international activities globally.

This database will be accessible to all users who register and list international activities they or their institutions are involved with. Entering the information involves filling out a survey (link below), and it should take no more than 2 minutes to enter the information on any particular project. Information could then be queried to create reports by region, type of activity, etc. For demonstration purposes, current information in this database demonstrates all the IAEA activities ongoing globally.

We encourage and urge all institutions, NGOs, individuals, professional societies, any organization involved with a global initiative to register and fill out information on their projects. Sharing this information through such a platform will help us all synergize our efforts and use our resources in the best way possible!
