Conflicts of interest in industry, academia and the clinic

In the contemporary world of technological development, advances in technology are more and more becoming a collaborative effort between academia, industry, and clinical facilities. This situation however, gives rise to a grey area where potential conflicts of interest share significance alongside dualities of interest necessary to navigate viable routes of technological development in a competitive marketplace.
