Gender issues
The field of Medical Physics has seen great contributions and achievements from both men and women.
At present in most countries, women are underrepresented in the medical physics workforce. As such, women should be encouraged to develop their careers in medical physics, and it is up to all of us to notice and fix hurdles that prevent women from contributing and excelling in the field.
